MADS Modular aquisition drive system
MADS connects the process controller and measurement and regulation elements on a single chamber. It is a flexible system that can connect all types of temperature probes, moisture meters and carbon dioxide meters. MADS controls the air humidifier and launches air conditioning servo motors.
EDIS Power distribution and frequency control
EDIS is an energy distribution system for electricity. It contains inverters for continuous speed control of the air turbine. It enables the measurement of current power and current consumption for both chambers independently.
CALM Central surveillance system
CALM is a central alarm system for controlling the technological process in all chambers. It informs the user in case of irregular operation of the system or deviation from the specified parameters. It has light and acoustic signaling, display via terminal and computer, as well as the possibility of sending SMS messages.
TP, TM are thermo probes for measuring the temperature of compost and air in the mushrooms of the mushroom. Especially designed for use in high ammonia concentration and relative humidity conditions. They use sensors of the highest accuracy class and the Beta factor’s tight tolerance.
PSY is used to measure the relative humidity of the air in the growing room. It works on the principle of a psychrometer and is the only type of device that can be used to operate under condensation conditions. The psychrometer is characterized by stable measurement and unlimited working life, without the risk of saturation of the sensor.
GASM is a device for reliable measurement of CO2 concentration in all chambers. It is designed to operate under condensation and microparticle conditions. Supplied with professional detectors of the highest accuracy class. It is equipped with a terminal for programming the operating mode and displaying the measurement results.
AHAT is an air-handling unit intended for use in a mushroom site with a capacity of 600 to 1600 briquettes (12 to 32t compost). It performs heating, cooling and air drying, controls the temperature of compost and the concentration of carbon dioxide. It is designed for continuous operation and use under conditions of condensation and air contamination.
